Alliance Learning accredited with prestigious Training Quality Standard

(11.11.12) BOLTON based training provider, Alliance Learning has been awarded one of the industry's highest accolades, the Training Quality Standard.
A national benchmark of excellence in training, the TQS measures the quality and effectiveness of a training provider's service and their ability to meet the specific needs of their customers.
The Standard reflects employers' priorities and expectations in sourcing training, and assesses whether providers can meet those priorities and expectations when they deliver to employers. It also helps business owners evaluate success rates, flexibility, relevance and commitment to continuous improvement.
Constantly looking at new ways to develop their service offering for employers, Alliance Learning have always been active in encouraging local businesses to invest in the development of their employees. By supporting commercial achievement, employers can benefit from a more productive team, a higher morale and a more accurately skilled workforce.
One of only a handful of providers in the UK to achieve this esteemed status, Alliance underwent a two day verification visit which involved inspectors interviewing each department to provide evidence to support their original application.
Following this, Alliance went through to the validation stage where over 500 of their customers were surveyed to ascertain a clear indicator of the level of service provided.
Steve Whitehead, Alliance Learning's Chief Executive said:
"The Training Quality Standard is something all good training providers work towards. We are extremely proud of the service we provide for our learners and their employers and believe it's this high standard of dedication that has merited us with such valued recognition.
"In receiving accreditation Alliance Learning has been acknowledged as one of the best providers of skills and training in the UK, a momentous credit to our staff who work daily to inspire business success."
